A federal ADA Title II mandate required state and local governments to remediate all public digital documents. With 24,000+ files and vendor quotes at $5 per page, the real challenge wasn't compliance: it was making smart, defensible decisions at scale about which documents actually needed remediation. No tool existed to support this review across dozens of departments, and buget and time limitations required the use of existing SaaS.
As a division manager, I want to quickly see what files my team has online and know which are being accessed by the public, so I can make informed decisions about which documents to keep or delete without getting bogged down by analytics.
As a staff member, I want to flag files for review and notify my supervisor or colleagues, so that decisions aren't delayed waiting for input.
As an executive, I want a dashboard showing team progress and key metrics, so that I can report on operational health to leadership without digging through multiple systems.
